Our mission is providing high quality mental health services to individuals and families in Calderdale; promoting awareness and reducing stigma by partnering with local organisations, and providing education and resources that empower people to take control of their mental health; listening to our community and speaking up for positive change. Healthy Minds offers a service to anyone who identifies as having mental health needs. We recognise different factors can affect people's wellbeing and so we provide a range of services for people according to their needs. We believe people are always doing the best they can and when provided with opportunities and support, they can thrive. People who have lived experience of mental distress are central to the realisation of our vision; Providing peer-support, coproducing workshops and activities, and speaking out about the issues that matter most to them at our community forum. |
