The project is to deliver an innovative health and wellbeing programme that will target and support people who have been disproportionately affected by Covid-19 in the community. The purpose is to specifically work with elderly people and people with disabilities who during Covid-19 have been forced to shield and have subsequently suffered detrimental affects to their health and wellbeing including reduction in physical and mental health. A blended mix of online and face to face activity sessions will be provided over a 6 month period.
