This funding will support the Global Mining Guidelines Group’s (GMG) Global Network for Derisking Mine Electrification, a network for mining communities around the world, especially in remote areas. This network will leverage a centralized online information hub (website) to educate mining communities on emerging best practices in mining electrification, ultimately increasing its safety and sustainability.
