We empower women and children escaping domestic abuse to rebuild their lives, free from fear, by providing a range of lifesaving services: - Emergency refuge accommodation - Housing and welfare rights advocacy - Emotional and practical support - Community outreach - Specialist support for victims of modern slavery, sexual and ‘honour’ based violence, and native language services for non-English speakers. We work nationally to raise awareness of gender violence, and run the National Domestic Abuse Helpline which takes over 280 calls every day. |
