This two-year project works with community members from the small village of Aberbeeg within the county of Blaenau Gwent. Although local residents have come together for some time in the community centre, this project is an opportunity for them to develop the outdoor gardens, planting area and small woodland areas for wellbeing and to provide a community space. The finished gardens include raised beds for accessible planting as well space for vegetables and herbs for local residents to share and help towards the rising cost of living. Within the small woodland area is a space for break out and educational areas.
