A project to make physical exercise accessible to 60 unemployed inactive people. It includes purchase of Yoga - blocks, mats & straps and water bottles, hire of a Yoga room, Coach Fees/Expenses for a Yoga Teacher and costs to qualify 6 x Run Leades with associated Run Leader Staff Costs. It will offer a twice weekly walk/running group using the C25K model for those able to run and a weekly gentle yoga class in 10 week blocks, providing all equipment. The aim is to link all activity back to mindfulness & self-care to improve self confidence and the physical and mental health benefits of moving to people who don't have other means or confidence to participate.
