This 3 year core grant will enable Home Start to deliver targeted early intervention for marginalised children and families through a peer support network. Staff and volunteers work with parents to make changes that improve their lives and help prevent adverse childhood experiences.  With the support of a volunteer, families develop the skills to access services, counter isolation, build confidence and develop strong bonds with their children
