The project is using funding to work with vulnerable families in Southwark over three years to develop parenting skills resilience and build better relationships between parents and children. Co-ordinators and trained volunteers will help families to fulfil their potential by preventing crisis reducing isolation improving health and wellbeing and helping them build the skills and confidence they need to resolve whatever challenges they face.
