This two-year project builds on existing work. KIM Inspire will create a wellbeing club for people who have poor mental health from Flintshire in Wales. Participants will learn gardening, food production, kitchen protocol, cooking and budgeting. They will also learn to develop their own coping strategies, build up their confidence and wellbeing. The intention is to increase the confidence of the participants, help their socialisation and improve their wellbeing.
