This project will expand its work with local residents at risk of homelessness through long term unemployment or mental health issues to improve their financial health by building their knowledge, skills and experience. It will include financial capability workshops and bespoke support sessions which will cover the transition into work or taking on the responsibility of a new property.

This project in Bromley by Bow, Tower Hamlets aims to create greater community cohesion and less isolation using the TimeBank model. This will enable reciprocal exchanges of help, skills and support and encourage more social activities in the community. People will register skills with how they would like to earn and spend time credits. All tenants will receive a 'My New Home' folder and one-to-one support at open days and specialist advice at property viewings.
