Young Asylum Seekers Project
With help from a Lottery grant Hove YMCA will organise regular activity sessions for young asylum seekers and refugees in the Brighton and Hove area. These activities will be chosen by the young people and could include bowling, cinema trips, museums or a residential weekend. The aim of the project is to provide these young people with the chance to meet new people and gain new experiences and to help them overcome the feelings of isolation and loneliness they experience.
