The ARC Project
This is a project to help disadvantaged young people aged between 10 and 17 years old from Hereford and Worcester who are at risk of exclusion. The project will help them access community based activities and services, by identifying and addressing the barriers that prevent them from reaching their potential. Each young person who joins the programme will be helped to decide what outcomes they want, such as better social relationships, improved educational attainment, addressing health concerns.
