Precious Memories
This existing two-year project continued to deliver group work activity, including music and movement, for people with dementia and their carers living in Bolton. People living with dementia experienced loneliness and stigma and their carers could become isolated and stressed. The project provided the opportunity to meet share experiences and improve their mental wellbeing. The idea came from the carers themselves and they were involved in the management and delivery of the project.
