Jubilee Fund - Keep on Moving at Suffolks Primary School, Enfield
The project is a new after-school, 8-week intensive exercise programme (two sessions per week) in local green spaces/parks for 30 disadvantaged young people aged 9-11 from the local area and those from ethnically diverse communities. 90 minute sessions will include warm-up exercises, tai-chi, yoga, breathing and mindfulness exercises, guided walks, introduction to mini-park games such as ultimate frisbee, touch sevens rugby, quick cricket and football golf.
