This project will fund a new exercise group for Jewish adults who have or previously had a cancer diagnosis themselves or for their partner/spouse who is living with a diagnosis. The exercise groups will take place on Sunday evenings, for one hour, twice a month with the exercise involving; yoga, pilates, toning and cardio.
