The Pink Picnic 2021
This project aims to provide the group’s annual Lesbian Gay Bisexual Trans and Non-binary plus (LGBT+) pride event. The event is now a national and international recognised pride celebration for the local LGBT+ community of Salford and beyond. The event is a one-day project that will run in 7th August from 1pm - 8pm and is aimed at LGBT+ people and allies but is open to all to attend.

The Pink Picnic 2019
The event aims to raise hate crime awareness, promote equality and celebrate diversity in Salford. The group will organise their eighth Pink Picnic, a Pride event for Salford, bringing people together with services they can access and having a celebratory day with music and entertainment. Funding for the project will go towards marquee, gazebos and equipment, staging, lighting and sound, and fencing and barriers.
