Outreach and Support Service
Outreach and support services will be provided for people with dementia and their carers in the New Forest district. One-to-one and telephone support, home visits, drop-in sessions, group meetings, carer training courses and other social events will be among services that will give emotional support to reduce isolation and ease the burden on carers.
