The project will pay for extra hours of the project manager to enable the group meet increased demand of delivering donated refurbished laptops and tablets to vulnerable young people impacted by COVID-19 restrictions as well as oversee increased numbers of volunteers.
Power to Connect
The funding will be used to recycle refurbish and redistribute donated laptops tablets and desktop computers to disadvantaged families in Wandsworth. The project will then offer digital skills sessions for parents to increase their confidence in helping their child to use the device and keep them safe online.
