Supporting Carers Through Life Transitions
This project will provide support throughout the Angus region for new carers, those facing a major transition in their role and those whose caring role has ended. The project will give additional support and training to carers at these times, enabling them to cope with change. The grant will fund a new full-time development worker, carer training, publicity and reporting costs. It will also part fund a counselling service and relaxation therapies.
