Big Band Sound
Crosshouse Action Now in East Ayrshire have been awarded a grant to enable them to carry out a range of activities as part of their WW2 remembrance project. The project will encompass an exhibition showing memorabilia from WW2, a free concert with entertainment provided by a big band, and local school children will be invited to engage with the older generations as part of this project.
Crosshouse Village Fun Day 2014
The organisation will use the funding to organises community events for the residents of Crosshouse, a village in East Ayrshire. The project will benefit all residents of the village (and neighbouring villages of Gatehead and Knockentiber) who choose to attend a Commonwealth Games-themed village fun day on 14th June 2014.
